Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods where you ordered a single item;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item where you ordered several goods in one order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the final part shipment or final item where goods are delivered in several parts or pieces;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the first item where the contract concerns regular delivery of goods over a defined period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement:

You may, for example, send us a letter or an e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the original delivery. Reimbursement of delivery costs is limited to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
If you expressly selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, the additional costs resulting from that choice will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees from us as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returning the goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless we provide you with another authorised return address in connection with the return, goods must be returned to:

Return shipping costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
This includes in particular the costs of packaging, any necessary transport-safe securing of the goods and commissioning the shipping or transport company.
For goods which, due to their nature, size or weight, cannot normally be returned by post or standard parcel service, the estimated direct costs of return will be communicated to you before the contract is concluded, on the relevant product page or during the ordering process.
We do not charge any additional processing, restocking or other flat-rate return fees for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
Loss of value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You may therefore inspect the goods in a manner comparable to what would normally be possible in a physical retail store. Use beyond this may result in liability for diminished value.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to contracts
- for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, which can only be delivered after a legally specified period and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal may in particular expire early in the case of contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods;
- for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal has been removed after delivery.
